Bamboo Airways’s Alliance: The Benefits For Travelers
Air Canada’s newest partner is Bamboo Airways, and now members of Aeroplan will get even more benefits as a result of this new alliance. According to the information shared by One Mile At A Time, it is now possible to redeem points to travel on Bamboo Airways.
The Vietnamese carrier is relatively new but has a great network in Asia and also offers long-haul flights to destinations like Frankfurt, London, Taipei, Seoul, and Bangkok, which can now be traveled and enjoyed with points by Air Canada’s frequent flyers.
To redeem Aeroplan points, travelers must consider the award chart and bear in mind the distances. Economy tickets to enjoy this new partnership start at 8,000 Aeroplan points for the first 1,000 miles; considering that Bamboo Airlines has great connectivity, this could be a flight from Hanoi to Bangkok, allowing travelers to get great benefits within Southeast Asia.
Bamboo Airlines currently offers 16 international flights, and it is expected to expand to 50 routes by 2025. Their domestic network includes 61 routes and expects to reach 80 by 2025. So more routes will be added to the network!
